Captains' Summits
Fourteen different high schools, 25 different sport teams - all together, represented by an individual from each team, with JKB Alumni teaching...WOW! That's a typical captains' day seminar sponsored by The J. Kyle Braid Leadership Foundation. Across the country from Colorado to Illinois to Florida, high school conferences are getting together annually to have their captains/leaders from each of their athletic teams spend a day together learning refusal, negotiation and helping skills along with how to lead their teams in sportsmanship and civility - which we all believe high school athletics should exemplify.

Coaches' Workshops
Bill Walker and Ken Braid continue into the 6th year of conducting coaches' workshops across the country for high school coaches. We truly believe the daylong seminars which have been attended by over 2,500 high school and middle school coaches have positively effected not only the thousands of athletes they coach, but also the win-loss records at their schools as well as creating more win-win situations within their personal lives.
